Senior AI Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, multi-agent systems to automate complex, multi-step business processes.
• Translate existing processes and develop novel multi-agent architectures for new opportunities.
• Implement agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Design secure "tool-calling" architectures enabling LLMs to interact safely with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.
• Implement LLMOps/AgentOps best practices.
• Mitigate AI-specific security risks, including prompt injection, hallucination loops, and unauthorized tool execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical), Mathematics, Physics, AI, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years specifically in generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures.
• Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; Proficiency in Rust.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures.
• Deep understanding of agentic design patterns (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, Tree of Thoughts).
• Extensive experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and open-weights models (Llama 3, Mistral).
• Experience with vector and graph databases.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures (e.g., GraphRAG, hybrid search).
• Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in enterprise-scale deployment of multi-agent architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Rust.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 (Base salary, US locations only)

Note: Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Job Conditions

• Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Travel: Some travel may be required for client and stakeholder meetings.
