We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to extract content: About the role? The posting has "About The Department" and description of EAS. Could map to "About the role"? Probably "About the role" heading for description of role/department. Use

About the role

then

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: The "Essential Job Duties" section includes many bullet-like paragraphs. We need to convert to

  • . There's repeated sections (Technical Solutions Development etc repeated). We need to preserve all substantive info, but we can deduplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to list each duty once. Let's extract duties: - Lead the design, build and/or implementation of practical, cost effective business solutions. - Complete detailed analysis and solutions development, regression testing, performance testing and quality assurance testing of Mendix applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Assist customers with defining requirements, implementing solutions and testing. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms to identify viable solutions for EAS and the broader NC State community; author and formalize a comprehensive strategic plan for embedding AI across software development, deployment, and support life cycles. - Represent EAS / OIT on collaborative campus IT committees and working groups, aligning AI initiatives and practices across university departments. - Provide guidance to other team members, across all EAS teams on the proper implementation of AI tools, workflow and security guidelines. - Interpret complex business processes and technological functions and provide input to management and customers on the appropriate resource and technology for automated solutions. - Ensure that application development efforts align closely with business requirements, from design to delivery, and that applications are user friendly, scalable, secure, and can be efficiently maintained once deployed. - Maintain a strong knowledge of the SDLC at NC State University combined with outstanding organization and communication skills. - Maintain an understanding of software development project management methodologies and tools (Microsoft Project, QuickBase, SmartSheet, etc) and a thorough understanding of project expectations and procedures. - Act as a subject matter expert and direct advisor to senior OIT management regarding AI capabilities, risk management, and resource allocation. - Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot complex problems and provide timely resolution. - Promote positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Establish a positive and proactive relationship by demonstrating ownership and knowledge of customer business processes and issues. We have duplicates: "Technical Solutions Development" appears twice with same text; we keep one. "Planning and Organizing" appears twice; keep one. "Technical Support" appears twice; keep one. "Customer Service" appears twice; keep one. Now Qualifications: There's "Qualifications Other Responsibilities" heading weird. Then "Minimum Education And Experience" etc. Then "Other Required Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Required License(s) Or Certification(s)" with N/A etc. We should include Qualifications section maybe combine Minimum Education and Experience and Other Required Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications content. Skills maybe separate? The posting includes skills like communication, project management etc but those are within qualifications. Could treat Skills as part of Qualifications? But we need to decide: If we have content for Skills separate, we could extract skill-based items: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong project management, organizational and time management skills, Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills, Strong organizational and communication skills (duplicate), Attention to detail, etc. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings allowed; we could still include Skills if we have distinct content. However many skill items are already in qualifications. Might be okay to have Qualifications section covering education/experience and required qualifications, and Skills section for skill-based items. But we risk thin sections. Better: Have Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (competencies). Let's see if we have enough for Skills: communication skills, project management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, attention to detail, ability to form relationships, etc. That's substantive. Benefits: The posting has "Wolfpack Perks And Benefits" with list: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account, Retirement Programs, Disability Plans, Life Insurance, Accident Plan, Paid Time Off and Other Leave Programs, 12 Holidays Each Year, Tuition and Academic Assistance, Childcare benefits, Wellness & Recreation Membership, Wellness Programs. So we can create Benefits section with
. Pay: The posting says "Anticipated Hiring Range commensurate with education/experience" which is placeholder; we should NOT include Pay section because it's not specific (commensurate with experience). So omit. Schedule: "Work Schedule Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm Some weekend and evening work required." That's specific enough. So include Schedule section with

. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

      for headings. Structure:
