Senior Agile Delivery Manager

About the Opportunity

The Senior Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of new features and enhancements for enterprise-level business applications. This role involves facilitating sprint and delivery planning across key business workflows and collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and successful delivery outcomes. The position balances operational work, enhancements, bug fixes, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery across cross-functional teams, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Drive sprint planning by managing business priorities, technical dependencies, resource availability, and team capacity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to address requirements gaps, risks, and backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate risk identification, communication, escalation, and resolution across teams.
• Ensure compliance with project management, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, change management, and governance standards.
• Lead capacity and resource planning for projects and operational activities.
• Develop and maintain project metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor delivery performance and risks.
• Assess delivery risks and challenges, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on Agile delivery and project management best practices.
• Support Salesforce and integrated application delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate DevOps pipeline activities related to QA readiness, deployments, and training.
• Maintain Jira dashboards and reporting on team capacity, sprint velocity, and backlog health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in product management, business systems, IT operations, project management, or Agile delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Proficiency with enterprise delivery and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of project management, change management, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and delivery challenges.
