Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs and AI Agent frameworks.
- Build and integrate MCP servers and clients to connect AI agents with enterprise tools and systems.
- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and workflow automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database solutions.
- Build and manage multi-agent workflows and orchestration systems.
- Optimize prompts, agent performance, response quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent architectures.
- Experience building AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment practices.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, or HR systems.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
