About the role

Coordinate the development of high-quality tender submissions.
Manage research contracts and agreements and provide expert advice on research opportunities.
Contribute to increasing research impact and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio.
Collaborate within the Research Grants and Tenders team to deliver high-quality services.
Stakeholder management for identifying and managing externally funded tenders matters, in collaboration with and as primary liaison to faculties.
Contributing to the policy and procedure in relation to innovation and commercialization, working closely with UC’s Innovation Committee.
Maintain tender and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in tender and contract management, grant administration, research administration, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to prepare persuasive, high-quality tender and proposal submissions.
  • Experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and agreements.
  • Experience and/or interest in innovation and commercialization.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Experience working within the higher education, government, research, or consultancy sectors will be highly regarded.

Pay

$103,259 pa - $111,865 pa plus 17% Super
