Senior Advisor, Clinical Science (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Advisor, Clinical Science (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support late-stage global clinical trials with a focus on sleep and wake indications, contributing scientific leadership from study start-up through final reporting. The position will partner closely with Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams to help ensure studies are delivered on time, in alignment with protocol requirements and regulatory expectations. The successful candidate will also help shape key clinical documents and provide ongoing scientific oversight of study data, safety, and compliance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $153,000 – $268,400 annually Responsibilities Serve as the clinical scientist for late-stage global clinical trials in sleep and wake indications Support the creation and review of clinical slides for meetings Assist in authoring key clinical study documents, including protocols and reports Act as a scientific expert from study start-up through report completion Liaise with Clinical Operations for site selection and study management Monitor ongoing clinical data for safety and protocol compliance Drive alignment across functions to support timely study delivery Qualifications Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD or PharmD) with 2+ years of drug development experience, or BS/MS with 8+ years of experience in biotech or pharma Strong foundation in neuroscience and neurology Understanding of clinical trial design and drug development principles Demonstrated accountability for clinical study delivery Proven experience developing clinical and regulatory documents Benefits Eligibility for a company-sponsored 401(k) and pension Vacation benefits and flexible spending accounts Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits Life insurance and death benefits Well-being benefits, including employee assistance programs and fitness benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
