Senior Advertising Copywriter

About the Role

You'll turn advertiser goals into ad copy that sounds exactly like the personality delivering it. On a weekly basis, you'll craft creative, write, and revise scripts for our advertisers, representing Ramsey personalities' voices while keeping every ad true to both the brand and the advertiser's actual message. You'll use AI tools to work faster without cutting corners on craft, and you'll take feedback from craft leads, clients, and personalities in stride, knowing when to adjust and when to advocate for what makes the ad work. This role is for someone who wants their writing heard by millions of listeners and is ready to prove, ad after ad, that speed and quality don't have to be a tradeoff.

Responsibilities

• Craft creative, write, and revise scripts for advertisers, representing Ramsey personalities' voices.
• Ensure ads are true to both the brand and the advertiser's message.
• Use AI tools to streamline the writing process without compromising quality.
• Take feedback from craft leads, clients, and personalities, adjusting as needed.
• Manage multiple pieces of ad copy simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience writing short-form advertising copy that converts.
• Ability to mimic personalities' voices while maintaining strong editing skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting and revising.
• Comfort with project management software to track work.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback effectively.
• Strong intuition for advocating quality when necessary.
• Confidence, curiosity, and fortitude in client and team interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage 15+ pieces of ad copy in review simultaneously.

• Bonus if you've used Airtable, worked directly with clients, or are already a Ramsey fan.
