Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
- Administer Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems
- Administer enterprise systems including: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / identity platforms
- Maintain patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of systems
- Cloud & Automation Support hybrid environments spanning on-premise datacenters and cloud platforms (SaaS)
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools
- Assist in cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience with: Windows Server and/or Linux environments, Active Directory and identity management, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (SaaS)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in enterprise security frameworks or compliance environments
