About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Support Volunteer (Virtual Volunteer) to help power our mission behind the scenes. We empower young men (ages 7-24) and their families through outdoor survival skills, leadership development, and economic mobility programs. Your support will help keep our daily operations, volunteer coordination, and communication running smoothly. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being organized, managing schedules, editing documents, and helping a mission-driven nonprofit grow. Work closely with our leadership team, volunteers, and community partners—all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate reminders using Google Calendar and Zoom.
- Draft, edit, and format internal documents like meeting agendas, reports, and templates in Google Docs.
- Help monitor shared email inboxes and send updates or replies as needed.
- Track and organize volunteer signups, training records, and donor acknowledgments.
- Keep digital files, contact lists, and admin workflows organized and up-to-date.
