About the role
The Senior Administrative & Records Specialist is responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring that records are accurately maintained.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage conference rooms and equipment
- Prepare and maintain employee files
- Manage vendor relationships
- Assist in organizing company events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
