What will you be doing?
- Maintain and update booking systems
- Schedule training and events
- Manage inventories and order/replenish supplies
- Undertake a range of general administrative tasks
- Create a warm, inclusive and professional environment

- Manage expectations around appointments and waiting times
- Identify when concerns need to be escalated

- Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office and digital platforms

Benefits
This role is term-time only, solely campus-based, with no option to work from home. It is a 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week) position, fixed-term for 9 months, from September 2026 to June 2027. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Pay
The salary range for this position is £26,093 - £28,778 per annum pro rata.
Schedule
The role is term-time only, with a shift pattern of 21 hours per week.
