What will you be doing?

  • Maintain and update booking systems

Requirements

  • Skilled in creating a welcome and inclusive environment
  • Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Enjoy working directly with people and providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable communication style
  • Dynamic and flexible approach to managing competing demands and prioritization
  • Able to problem-solve and use initiative while knowing when to seek advice
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently on specific tasks and projects

Benefits

This role is term-time only, solely campus-based, with no option to work from home. It is a 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week) position, fixed-term for 9 months, from September 2026 to June 2027. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Pay

The salary range for this position is £26,093 - £28,778 per annum pro rata.

Schedule

The role is term-time only, with a shift pattern of 21 hours per week.
