About the role

The Commercial Services Group of KTA-Tator, Inc. (KTA) is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant to support the department VP in day-to-day business unit management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on driving the group’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the department VP in day-to-day business unit management through maintaining accurate records, databases, and project documentation and tracking business activity and project data to support operational reporting and decision-making.
  • Review and format reports, proposals, and client deliverables with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Cook up and coordinate project and travel logistics to keep projects and teams running smoothly.
  • Provide professional administrative support through effective scheduling, communication, and client service.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to manage priorities, solve problems, and meet critical deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of administrative and/or office management experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability, patience, and problem-solving ability in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Close vision, ability to adjust focus, hearing, and speaking required due to physical requirements.
