Senior Ad Operations SpecialistLocation: New York (Hybrid in office 2 days/week)Department: CommercialSalary: $80,000 - $90,000 About the RoleThe Senior Ad Operations Specialist owns delivery of all digital advertising campaigns across Time Out's routes to inventory, from managed service and direct display through PMP setups. This role handles trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization and reporting end to end, playing a key part in meeting client expectations and helping Sales maximize revenue. This is a hybrid role that will report to the Director of Account Management and Operations and be in office 2 days/week. What You'll Do Campaign Management & TraffickingManage campaign setup and delivery across Direct, Programmatic (PG), LMS, display, high impact and DOOH, ensuring accurate setup and performance in line with North America revenue goalsTraffic third party tags across rich media, HTML and JavaScript, implementing keyword and block lists as neededTroubleshoot campaigns, identify red flags early and ensure SLAs are met so assets and campaigns go live on timeGenerate campaign and ad previews for client approval and flag creative issues for optimization within SLA Reporting & InsightsOwn campaign reporting and analysis, including thorough end of campaign insightsOversee inventory forecasting for upcoming bookings, track reserved inventory and flag availability and sell through opportunities to managementDeliver metrics and measurement requirements for agencies and clients, including viewability and brand safety through IAS and MOATMaintain benchmarking across Time Out ad products against industry standards Audience StrategyBuild and manage Time Out's audience cohorts, delivering audience insights for end of campaign analysisMonitor OMP activity and equip Account Managers with insight to convert opportunities into PMP and PG deals Stakeholder & Partner ManagementServe as a technical resource for Sales and their clients, advising on inventory and campaign deliveryManagement of operational support partners focused on the NA business and coordinate with Franchise partner campaign managementOwn relationships with creative vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for asset delivery, specs and troubleshootingKeep Sales, PMs and leadership aligned on campaign status through the Campaign TrackerTime Allocation: NA team 90%, Franchise 10% What You'll Need3+ years of digital ad operations experience spanning campaign trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting and client facing communicationProficiency in GAM and SSP deal setup (e.g. Magnite)Experience managing display, programmatic and DOOH campaignsHands on experience with brand safety and ad verification tools, including implementation, reporting and optimizationStrong attention to detail with the ability to work toward client KPIsAbility to collaborate across internal teams on strategic initiatives, such as video integration and optimization for programmatic demand About our cultureAt Time Out Group we believe in diversity and equal opportunity for all people.
