Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Ads teams to translate complex business goals into compelling visual narratives for multiple audiences
- Create reusable templates and self-serve kits that enhance communication quality across the organization
- Design high-quality visual artifacts that support ad product strategies and help drive strategic spending
- Present design concepts and strategic narratives confidently to senior stakeholders and executive leaders
- Independently lead design projects across various regions, adapting content for diverse markets
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience in strategic, communication, or brand design, ideally in advertising, media, or tech
- Portfolio showcasing ability to distill complex problems into elegant design, including internal strategy and external marketing materials
- Strong visual storytelling skills, proficient in design and presentation tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides
- Familiarity with advertising ecosystem terminology and business models, or eagerness to learn quickly
- Ability or interest in using Generative AI for creative production and system scalability
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity
