About the RoleThe Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes and supports the U.S. and Canadian Therapeutics businesses. This role combines hands-on Accounts Receivable operations with process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive collections performance, cash flow, and operational excellence. What You'll DoManage collections activities, customer account inquiries, cash application issues, deductions, disputes, and billing supportAnalyze aging reports and identify opportunities to improve collections performance and reduce delinquencyServe as a key resource for payment portal administration and customer supportMaintain customer master data, including account creations and updatesPartner with Sales, Customer Solutions, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve customer experienceSupport process improvement, automation, ERP initiatives, and system enhancementsDevelop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and key AR performance metricsAssist with executive customer escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounting, or FinanceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skillsExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial dataPharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience preferred Why Merz?Join a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of care.
