Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and conduct employee expense audit reviews
• Ensure timely closing of accounts payable monthly according to deadlines
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve related issues
• Audit expense reimbursements for compliance with company policies
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Travel and Expense platforms
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of data workflows and compliance
