Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis and review using advanced eDiscovery tools.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, auditing, billing, or help desk roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, eDiscovery software, and troubleshooting tools.
