Job Duties

• Direct and assist in complex research projects.
• Contact fiscal unit to resolve errors and reconciling items.
• Oversee compliance as related to Department of State Hospitals, Department of Finance, and other outside control agencies as related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Travel and Cashiering.
• Supervise Accounting Office staff.
• Aid in the preparation of year-end, financial statements, and other reports and reconciliations as needed.
• Oversee compliance of warrant distribution times as related to the various Bargaining Units.
