Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering all accounting tasks accurately and on time.
• Become the trusted advisor to your clients by providing the right advice at the right time to optimize their financial and tax management.
• Lead a junior accountant in their growth by supervising and mentoring them.
• Participate in one of Catalyst’s strategic committees.
• Provide support to your manager and the rest of the team.
• Manage a wide range of accounting tasks, including VAT declarations and listings, financial reporting and periodic planning, year-end closings and personal income tax, and financial planning and tax audits.
• Focus on analysis and client advisory for strategic decision-making with assistance for data entry.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Requirements

• ITAA trainee.
• At least 3 years of experience in independently managing client portfolios.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A natural talent for mentoring and helping others grow.
