Opportunity to contribute to high-impact accounting and finance projectsCollaborative and professional team environment Key Responsibilities - Senior Accounting Consultant Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysesAssist with financial statement preparation and management reportingAnalyze accounting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencySupport audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPartner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracyAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and special financial projectsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications - Senior Accounting Consultant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practicesExperience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closeProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentCPA certification or progress toward certification preferred #INAUG2026
