The Senior Accounting Associate supports a small family office managing financial operations, real estate holdings, and philanthropic initiatives for a high-net-worth principal. Key responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, vendor management, bookkeeping, tax support, credit card reconciliation, and real estate transaction coordination across multiple LLCs. Maintaining organized QuickBooks records and handling recurring financial processes with accuracy and discretion are also part of the role.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills, especially for direct interaction with the principal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification not required but advantageous.
