Senior Accounting Analyst - Management Company

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closing journal entries for assigned subsidiaries.
• Review and analyze account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, including settlements.
• Compile monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Aid in the consolidation and preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Perform budget-to-actual analysis, investigate variances, and identify financial trends.
• Cook up with external auditors and tax accountants by providing requested information and documentation.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
• 2-3 years of combined private and public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.
• Experience with NetSuite and accounting system implementation highly preferred, but not required.
• Experience in accounting for multiple entities, including consolidation and intercompany transactions.
