Senior Associate – Accounting Advisory Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join a growing Accounting Advisory practice.If you’ve built a strong foundation in public accounting but aren’t sure you want to spend your career in audit—or move into one narrowly defined corporate accounting role—advisory offers another path. What You’ll DoPartner directly with client accounting and finance teams on project-based engagementsSupport month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationGain hands-on exposure to FP&A projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and variance analysisSupport M&A and transaction-related engagements, including acquisitions, integrations, due diligence support, purchase accounting, and post-close initiativesParticipate in finance transformation projects focused on improving accounting operations, reporting, processes, systems, and overall finance-function effectivenessWork alongside clients on strategic finance and operational initiatives that extend beyond traditional accounting responsibilitiesHelp clients strengthen accounting processes, documentation, and finance operationsAnalyze financial information and communicate findings to client stakeholdersTake ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverablesBuild strong relationships with clients while working across different industries and business environments Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of public accounting experience requiredExperience with financial statements, financial reporting, audit, and/or month-end closeSolid understanding of U.S. GAAPCPA or progress toward CPA licensure preferred
