Senior Accountant - Tax Compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist in acquisitions integrations from an international accounting perspective
• Review foreign bank statements and record foreign entity cash transactions
• Prepare all monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for foreign entities
• Assist with optimization of consolidation and reporting procedures including reducing the time to close and report results
• Work closely with the external audit and tax teams, including the compilation and preparation of regulatory and tax compliance including supporting schedules, detailed testwork, and financial reports
• Ensure that intercompany transactions are consistent with intercompany agreements and follow transfer pricing policies
• Assist with implementation and testing of systems, procedures and controls
• Lead projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance or related) with 5-7 years of related progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
• CPA or CPA candidate eligible preferred
• Ability to present and explain complex technical topics, issues and alternative solutions to others
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP system is strongly preferred but not required
• Familiarization with SharePoint and other web-based documentation
• Strong leadership skills; able to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels within the organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills

Pay

Estimated Salary Grade Range: $70,300 – $101,300. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
