Opportunities are available at the Senior Accountant level in areas such as Legal Entity & Intercompany, Accounting Policy & Reporting, Operations and Capital, Transportation, Payments & Merchant Services, Retail Operations, Digital, and AWS Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Support various aspects of accounting and reporting processes.
- Apply accounting and financial principles to real-world scenarios.
- Understand internal control design concepts to assess and improve control effectiveness, including designing new processes and controls for emerging business activities.
- Exercise judgment to keep projects moving and ensure timely, accurate month-end close decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- Analyze complex processes and systems data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Fortune 500 operational accounting experience.
- CPA certification.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification.
- Experience in accounting management at a Big Four firm with Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.
Pay
- USA, CA, Culver City: $72,600.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
- USA, MA, Boston: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
- USA, OR, Portland: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville: $60,200.00 - $105,400.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $82,700.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
