Senior Accountant - Healthcare | Mutli-Site

Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the month-end close process, partnering with operations, and helping support a company experiencing continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Analyze financial results and prepare variance explanations.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned centers.
• Support acquisitions, process improvements, and special projects.
• Partner with operations and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong GL and month-end close experience.
• Multisite healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
• CPA not required.
