THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a finance-related field
• A strong foundation in technical accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP
• The ability to navigate complex investment structures and deliver accurate, high-quality reporting
• Experience with fund accounting or fair value accounting is a plus
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• To manage multiple priorities, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior team members
• To maintain exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
• Leverage advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience within commercial real estate, private equity, Yardi, or Workiva is preferred but not required
