Responsibilities
- Preparation, review and analysis of multiple monthly and annual financial statements
- Revenue, expense and FTE budget variance analysis
- Maintenance and integrity of all general ledger accounts
- General ledger and balance sheet audit worksheets
- Book monthly journal entries; recurring and non-routine
- Aid in annual budget and ICR preparation reporting
- Prepare and update schedule of Property, Plant and Equipment acquisitions and disposals and estimated depreciation calculations
- Reconciliation of cash receipts/disbursements on a daily basis
- Weekly cash disbursement outflow report preparation
Qualifications
- Solid accounting background with prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook
- Strong financial analysis skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task; excellent organization and communication skills
