Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant position at US Fertility is available for an immediate hire. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while maintaining a strong connection to the patients and teams supported daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accurate and timely dissemination of financial statements and reports
• Support and facilitate external audit
• Oversee accounts payable operations
• Reconcile and review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAP
• Review corporate prepared financial statements for accuracy and prepare month end journal entries
• Review and prepare bank reconciliations
• Establish and maintain systems and internal controls
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
• Provide financial support to management and multiple departments
• Review payroll processing
• Maintain and protect operations by keeping all pertinent information confidential
• Manage financial close cycle and variance analysis
• Oversee accounts payable
• Participate in department budget preparation and compliance
• Participate in internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting and finance
• Healthcare experience preferred
• CPA preferred

Pay

$95,000 to $100,000 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
