Key Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Analyze variances and investigate unusual fluctuations
- Serve as a resource and mentor to junior accounting staff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
