About the role
This role involves overseeing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliations, and managing journal entries. You will prepare financial reports in line with accounting standards, analyze discrepancies, address management queries, work with auditors, refine financial policies, assist with board presentations, and contribute to overall financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities

- Address queries from management regarding financial data.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with knowledge of revenue processes.
- Strong grasp of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certification or progress toward it is advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare financial management.
- Knowledge of enterprise accounting software like PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with financial reporting for executive stakeholders.
Pay
$85,000 - $95,000. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
