Senior Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Charles seeking a full-time Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyze results to support business operations and leadership decision-making
• Complete bank reconciliations and resolve account variances
• Drive improvements to accounting processes, policies, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting experience within a manufacturing setting
• Intermediate Excel skills with QuickBooks or Sage experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
