Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accounts and support financial reporting activities
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Support internal and external audit requests and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 10+ years experience in Accounting/Finance
- Extensive reconciliation process experience
- Experience with large data sets
- Banking experience
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliation
- Solid knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proven advanced Excel skills
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP systems experience (Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL)
- Experience with Fiserv or FDR

Pay
The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
