Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and general ledger activity
- Lead month-end close process, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit process and maintain compliance with GAAP standards
- Analyze revenue streams, expenses, and operational performance across facilities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3–6+ years of experience, ideally with Big 4 or large public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes
- Experience with audits, reconciliations, and month-end close
