Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for ~70 employees using ADP
- Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor payments and 1099s
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and expense reporting
- Prepare accruals and support month-end close
- Absorb and complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ADP experience required; NetSuite and Concur a plus
- Strong month-end close and full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
