Responsibilities
- Own key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
- Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue.
- Review employee expense reimbursements, oversee accounts payable, and assist with customer billing.
- Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in a SaaS or software company is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, and general ledger accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs).
- NetSuite experience is preferred.
- CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
Work Environment
Onsite for the first two weeks of training. Hybrid schedule after onboarding: Tuesday & Wednesday: In office Monday–Thursday during month-end close
