Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
• Manage 1099s, W-9s, and certificates of insurance
• Support audits, tax reporting, and compliance activities
• Process capital calls, distributions, and intercompany transactions
• Assist with real estate, development, and property accounting functions

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience in real estate, construction, development, property management
• Multi-entity accounting experience
• Public accounting (audit) experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Sage 300, AppFolio or relevant accounting ERP experience

Pay

$80,000 - $95,000 base salary with discretionary annual bonus
