Key responsibilities include: Manage pharmacy-related accounting activities and financial transactionsPrepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliationsReconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activitiesSupport accounting functions including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and in-kind contribution trackingProcess employee expense reimbursements and support vendor setup and maintenanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilitiesStrong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reportingExperience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP systemBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Ready to Take the Next Step?
