Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and project margin analysis
• Prepare and review journal entries and account analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Construction or project-based accounting background preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close
• Tech savvy with intermediate Excel skills
