About the Role

Our client, a growing organization in the durable products industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support inventory accounting activities, including cycle counts and inventory analysis
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Participate in financial reporting and management reporting activities
• Analyze inventory transactions throughout the inventory lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Support audit requests and regulatory reporting requirements
• Assist with process improvement initiatives within the accounting function
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, inventory, and finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance degree may be considered
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another durable products environment required
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and inventory lifecycle management
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Financial reporting experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 + 10% Bonus
