Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 300+ employees across multiple entities
• Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Review accounts payable processes and support accounting operations
• Provide backup support for accounting team members as needed
• Aid with year-end reporting, audits, and 401(k) administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including payroll processing and month-end close
• Experience with Payroll processing and month-end close
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
• Prior public accounting and/or healthcare experience preferred
