Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, KPIs, and management reports
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Perform detailed analysis of financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Ensure accurate cost accounting and intercompany transaction reporting
• Support external audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger functions
• Experience with SAP and/or Global Shop Solutions preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI
• Ability to clearly communicate financial trends and business insights
