Senior Accountant

About the role

This is a high visibility Senior Accountant role that partners with leadership within an evolving finance organization. The position involves managing intercompany accounting, eliminations, and foreign exchange (FX) activities, performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will support bank reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls, while driving process improvements, automation, and system upgrades. A key responsibility includes building dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and FX activity
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
• Support bank reporting, SOX, and internal controls
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system upgrades
• Build dashboards and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• 4+ years in reporting, consolidations, intercompany, or FX
• Strong GAAP, Excel, and ERP experience
• An analytical, detail-oriented communicator
