Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, and cash management functions
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and special projects for ownership and leadership
• Coordinate tax preparation support, fixed asset accounting, and year-end reporting
• Maintain corporate records, governance documentation, and compliance filings
• Oversee payroll-related accounting activities, employee records, and insurance administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial statement preparation
• Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel skills

Pay

Up to $80,000 depending on experience
