About the role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Manage the monthly closing process for all departments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tax filings and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
