Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Manage the monthly closing process for all departments.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tax filings and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
