Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable Analyst
- Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Performs analytical review fluxes as required, including researching variances between actuals and budget
- Assisting in forecasting activities for revenue, billings and collections
- Support annual audits and interact with external auditors as necessary
- Responsible for the accounts receivable and revenue function
- Maintain leasing schedules & the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
- Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Oversee the billings and collections of the company
- Conduct frequent ad hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in both Public Accounting & private is a MUST (Big 4 preferable)
- Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM. (NetSuite, Salesforce is a plus but not necessary)
