Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Performs analytical review fluxes as required, including researching variances between actuals and budget
• Assisting in forecasting activities for revenue, billings and collections
• Support annual audits and interact with external auditors as necessary
• Responsible for the accounts receivable and revenue function
• Maintain leasing schedules & the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
• Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Oversee the billings and collections of the company
• Conduct frequent ad hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in both Public Accounting & private is a MUST (Big 4 preferable)
• Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM. (NetSuite, Salesforce is a plus but not necessary)
