Towne Insurance is a relationship-driven organization committed to serving businesses, families, and communities with integrity and care. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines to join our Charlotte, NC or Norfolk, VA team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex commercial accounts
  • Partner closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Deliver tailored commercial risk solutions
  • Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across all client interactions

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • At least five years of commercial lines experience
  • Highest level of organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Confident and clear communication in both written and verbal settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Working knowledge of agency management systems (preferred: Applied Epic)
  • Industry designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR (valued)

Pay

The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $65,000 to $90,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Schedule

This role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing flexibility while supporting work-life balance.
