Towne Insurance is a relationship-driven organization committed to serving businesses, families, and communities with integrity and care. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines to join our Charlotte, NC or Norfolk, VA team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial accounts
- Partner closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
- Deliver tailored commercial risk solutions
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across all client interactions
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license
- At least five years of commercial lines experience
- Highest level of organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Confident and clear communication in both written and verbal settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Working knowledge of agency management systems (preferred: Applied Epic)
- Industry designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR (valued)

Pay
The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $65,000 to $90,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
Schedule
This role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing flexibility while supporting work-life balance.
