About the role
Join our Commercial Lines team as a Senior Account Manager. You’ll service assigned commercial insurance accounts alongside a designated Producer, round accounts, and develop new business in line with company practices, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure all service needs are met.
- Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, contributing to departmental production goals.
- Gather client information and prepare applications for new and/or renewal coverage submissions to the Marketing Department.
- Prepare client proposals based on needs, rates, and coverages.
- Handle all transactions for assigned accounts, including applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, and forms.
- Maintain accuracy of data in the agency management system.
- May handle collections of premiums due.
- Conduct business with an understanding of the Company’s business and earnings implications.
- Stay informed of industry changes and trends to anticipate and respond to profit objectives.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial insurance.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
- Producer’s license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Expected salary range: $80,000 – $130,000 annually, impacted by skills, experience, and location.
