About the role

The Senior Account Manager at Youtech is pivotal in driving client success and project excellence. This full-time, in-house position (Monday-Friday) requires:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Leveraging expertise to deliver impactful results
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Managing the marketing budget and optimizing resource allocation
  • Staying informed about industry trends and adapting strategies as necessary
  • Analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Represent Youtech in daily face-to-face meetings with client teams
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Oversee the needs of SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists
  • Maintain alignment and efficient workflow among team members
  • Monitor analytics to enhance on-page conversion rates
  • Assist in strategy development and campaign execution
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
