About the role
The Senior Account Manager at Youtech is pivotal in driving client success and project excellence. This full-time, in-house position (Monday-Friday) requires:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Leveraging expertise to deliver impactful results
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
- Managing the marketing budget and optimizing resource allocation
- Staying informed about industry trends and adapting strategies as necessary
- Analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Represent Youtech in daily face-to-face meetings with client teams
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Oversee the needs of SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists
- Maintain alignment and efficient workflow among team members
- Monitor analytics to enhance on-page conversion rates
- Assist in strategy development and campaign execution
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
